We’re able to remotely access systems to be both diagnose and often to fix an issue. If we’re unable to fix an issue remotely, we’ll then send one of our expert engineers to you. Our standard support and maintenance package includes two on-site service visits per year, plus 24 hour helpline and 24/7 callouts.
All of our engineers are fully trained and qualified to work on all of our systems. This means should an issue arise, you’ll only have one visit from one engineer who’ll be able to fix your issue.
